Our response to COVID-19

To our customers,

Like so many of our customers, we are deeply concerned about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world, us as a company, and all of our customers.
 
At Supply Drop, keeping you safely supplied is our utmost concern. We are closely monitoring the current situation and are following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
 
We always take extra steps and precautions to ensure delivery times and to provide you with the home essentials you need. We are actively working with our suppliers and accumulating extra inventory to ensure you never run out of these supplies. We are confident that we can meet current and future demand, and we are limiting new customer sign-ups to ensure that our current customers come first.

Please note, however, that as a subscription service our mission is to deliver what you need for your household every month and this will continue to be our objective. So with that in mind we are restricting the use of our order modification options to prohibit hoarding or large orders that exceed monthly needs. Again, we are prepared to meet your supply needs for months to come so there is no need to hoard supplies.

Your supplies are critical and we don’t want you to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, and the other essentials we manage for you. We remain committed to providing you with all of your home essentials and we look forward to delivering you your next Supply Drop.
